How do I utilize my tax exemption?
If you are ordering for a group that is tax exempt, please email us at shop@fathommag.com and our team will reach out to you with the required form.
When will my preorder ship?
Your pre-ordered item(s) are planned to ship by the second week of December.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing. The estimated number of days it will take for your order to arrive will depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes, orders going to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address ship via USPS.
Can I track my order?
When shipping labels are prepared online and printed, customers will receive notification via email from either the USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number (if USPS) or Tracking Number (if UPS).
Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking Number, but simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Fathom is no longer in control of the order’s progress.
What do I do about an incorrect, insufficient, or misdirected address?
If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address, please contact us immediately with the order number and the correct shipping information at shop@fathommag.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it can not be canceled.
Can I return a digital item?
All digital download items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have questions about any of our digital items before or after your purchase, we would be happy to answer them. Please contact shop@fathommag.com.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact shop@fathommag.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
How do I return an item I have purchased?
Returns can be made within 10 business days of receiving your shipment. To initiate a return please email shop@fathommag.com and include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return and we will send you instructions for returning your item.
